Terms & Conditions – The Family Disco (TFD)

1. General Guidelines

• By purchasing a ticket for all members of your group (‘Ticket Holders’ or ‘Guests’), you provide your consent to abide by these Terms & Conditions.​
• TFD is a family-friendly, alcohol-free, and smoking-free environment clubbing like environment initiative by Mino Entertainment Pvt Ltd (‘MEPL’). Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or any prohibited substances on the premises is strictly forbidden.
• Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person/s whose conduct is deemed by Management at its sole discretion to be disorderly, inappropriate and/or poses a threat to the security or to the enjoyment of TFD by others.​
• Entry is restricted to individuals of all age groups as per the Age Zone Guidelines. Proper identification (Aadhar, PAN, School ID, etc.) may be required at the entry gate.
• Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who exhibit inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of the rules without any refund.​
• Outside food, drinks, or beverages are not allowed inside the premises unless explicitly permitted by TFD.
• Ticket Holders accept all customary risks associated with clubbing experience.
• MEPL management, Directors, Shareholders, employees and/or their affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages and/or losses that the Guests may suffer or purport to suffer from their visit, including without limitation, due to a slot cancellation, personal injury and/or death.

2. Age Zone Rules & Entry Policy

• BUZZ Zone (Below 17 & Above 60 years)
  • Children below 10 years must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.
  • Seniors (60+) – our preference would be for them to join this zone!
• DAZZ Zone (17 to 60 years)
  • Guests must be within the age limit to enter this high-energy sound and lights space.
  • No BUZZ guests are allowed in the DAZZ Zone without permission.
• Management reserves the right to modify, restrict, or refuse entry in any of the zones for security and operational reasons.

3. Ticketing & Booking Policy

• Tickets are valid only for a specific slot to be held at a specific date and time as mentioned in the ticket. All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets must be booked online or at the venue. A confirmation email or WA msg is required for verification at entry.
• You acknowledge that despite TFD’s reasonable precautions, TFD’s products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or which are unavailable due to an error, unavoidable circumstances or other oversight. In these circumstances, TFD reserves the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your payment has been made for the purchase, TFD will, within a reasonable time, issue a credit to your account for the amount in question. If an event/slot is canceled or rescheduled, guests will be informed via the registered contact details. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at management's discretion.​
• TFD is not responsible for third-party ticket purchases made through unauthorized platforms. The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the clubbing experience whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the visit, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold TFD (and their officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of the Terms and Conditions mentioned hereinabove or below, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfillment of any of your obligations or arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity or other rights. TFD, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees or agents shall, in no event, be liable (jointly or severally) for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of business / sales, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the TFD Website, with the delay or inability to use the TFD Website or related Services, the provision of or failure to provide Entertainment services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the TFD Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the TFD Website or related Services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

4. Safety & Liability

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. TFD is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.​
• The venue has CCTV surveillance for safety purposes. By entering, guests agree to be recorded for security and promotional reasons.
• Any damages caused to the venue, equipment, or property due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the guest, and appropriate action may be taken.​
• The vibrancy of this outlet may not be suitable to guests having pre-medical conditions or who have sedentary lifestyles. Hence, please exercise caution while enjoying the environment. TFD would not be responsible for any health related problems arising during Ticket Holders time at TFD or pre/post visiting TFD.

5. Code of Conduct

• TFD promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Dress appropriately—TFD is a family-friendly space. Management reserves the right to deny entry if attire is deemed inappropriate.
• Aggressive behavior, intake of prohibitive substances, or attempts to disrupt the event may lead to immediate removal without refund.
• Photography & videography are allowed for personal use, but professional shoots require prior approval from management.

6. Food & Beverage Policy

• TFD serves only non-alcoholic beverages and has limited food options focused on quick service refreshments.
• Outside food or beverages are not allowed except for special dietary needs (subject to approval).
• Food orders must be placed and consumed within the designated areas.

7. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

• TFD reserves the right to modify event timings, artists, or themes without prior notice.
• If an event is affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures), TFD will not be held liable for cancellations or delays.
• Any refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure events will be at the sole discretion of TFD management.
